I met Nasrin when she was served as Program Director of the Fulbright Teacher Exchange Orientation Program in 1997, in Washington D.C. This program required a high degree of planning for over 500 participants and their families from 36 nations.  An intense schedule of seminars and lectures on education exchange fell under her supervision, and she handled it all with grace and attention to detail.  Her interpersonal skills are exceptional; she is both intelligent and willing to tackle difficult and complicated projects without complaint.

Harriet Mayor Fulbright is the widow of United States Senator J. William Fulbright[1] and the former Executive Director of the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities[2] under President Bill Clinton. She currently serves as President of the J. William and Harriet Fulbright Center and Harriet Fulbright College. [3] In addition, she serves as a Board President of Harriet Fulbright College.
